The role
- Act as a trusted day-to-day contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships
- Lead customised research projects from brief through to delivery
- Shape proposals and research approaches that address real business and marketing challenges
- Manage timelines, budgets and suppliers across multiple projects
- Analyse data (quant and/or qual depending on project scope) and guide insight development
- Create clear, compelling client outputs including reports, presentations and frameworks
- Present findings and recommendations with confidence and clarity
- Support the development of junior team members through coaching and collaboration
- Contribute to business growth through thought leadership and marketing content
- 2+ years’ experience in a market research agency or consultancy environment
- Comfortable running projects end-to-end and juggling multiple priorities
- Confident working with clients and presenting insights
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Q and/or SPSS
- Excellent written communication and storytelling ability
- Curious, pragmatic, and solutions-focused in your approach
- Keen to keep learning and growing your consulting skillset
