up to £48,000 + Benefits – Remote / UK wide

Does working remotely work best for you? This well established research agency are open to receiving UK wide applications for their Associate Director level role – they are focused on securing the best talent for their team and they don’t want location to be a barrier!

This Associate Director level role will suit someone with a dual quant:qual background, from either an agency or clientside environment. You will easily be able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment, and you’ll be comfortable developing existing accounts and new clients. Previous  experience in writing proposals, recommending a methodological approach to meet clients’ needs and being able to pull out strategic recommendations is going to be essential. Ideally, you will also have experience working across a variety of sectors and a strong interest in working within the areas of Public sector, Culture, Sport and Education.

As Associate Director you will be getting involved in all aspects of a project – responding to a client brief, designing an approach, writing the proposal, looking after key accounts, management of more complex projects, overseeing others, conducting fieldwork and leading on analysis and reporting.  You will be supported by a team of researchers and also be able to coach and mentor as line management will likely feature in your role.
