Quant / Qual Associate Director – Explore Human Behaviour and Emotional Drivers!

up to £65,000 + Benefits – Northern Home Counties / Hybrid

This award-winning research and insights agency has an impressive client base within the Retail and broader consumer sectors including Tech, Finance and Travel. They are experts when it comes to helping brands grow and helping them tackle and face new challenges.

Bright, inquisitive and creative minds make up the insights team and everyone has a passion for delivering powerful insights, based on deep strategic thinking and consumer understanding. They bring clarity to a client’s business challenges and aim to spark action, unafraid of challenging convention.

Project challenges are diverse and span new product and brand innovation, concept/comms/advertising testing, customer closeness and brand strategy. The team love to explore human behaviour and emotional drivers as well as embrace innovative techniques and methodologies.

Expect to play a key role in:

  • Leading mixed methods projects

  • Account management

  • Strategic thinking, able to pull out insight “nuggets”

  • Writing winning proposals / pitches

  • Growing accounts

  • Coaching and motivating junior team members
