The Role
As a senior researcher in the Sydney team, you will oversee large-scale projects as well as getting stuck into loads of adhoc strategic research. You will manage junior team members and help them build their confidence, whilst being a senior face for high profile clients and building on these relationships. You will be a pivotal member of the new senior team, taking your quant and expertise to win and deliver the sorts of projects that really get you out of bed in the morning!
About You
A storyteller and data lover, you will have extensive experience running customised quantitative projects in a fast-paced agency environment and will be a true lover of your craft. You’ll be a hands-on practitioner who can pivot easily from having your head down in data to steering a fresh-faced researcher or leading a winning pitch. Experience in brand research and segmentation will be essential. Experience in both social/government and commercial research would be an advantage.
