Our client is making waves in the world of insights, brands, and culture. A boutique research and insights consultancy with BIG ambitions. Experts in delivering large-scale strategy-led foundational pieces of research, they are at their core all about unearthing those juicy human truths that pack a punch. They’ve honed their skills over years of talking to people and using proven psychological frameworks. And their work speaks for itself – they’ve empowered clients across Australasia, Europe,  Southeast Asia and America to take their brands to the next level. Not bad for an Australian-owned enterprise!

They are currently looking to hire a Qualitative Research Executive who loves variety and who would relish working on multi-country research.

So what will you do?
  • Being the organised one and the driver: You will support your senior colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of qualitative studies, whilst helping to manage client relationships. You’ll be involved in project management, fieldwork, analysis and reporting.
  • Doing the digging: Looking for examples of brand and cultural phenomena that support the development of frameworks and narratives to understand the world better for your clients.
  • Talking to people: You love speaking to people and doing qual! Be it in the group room, in the home, in-store, at a party, on the street, or online – you’ll love creative approaches to getting quality insights.
  • Doing the analysis and articulating the thinking: You will be an excellent communicator, verbal and written, who will be brilliant at distilling insights
And what will you have?
  1. Research savvy – you’ll understand how to deliver qualitative research that is underpinned by methodological rigour (min 1+ years of Qual experience)
  2. Agency stripes – you’ll have worked in a market research agency or brand consultancy and will understand the flow of an insights project from A to Z
  3. Have a fascination for brands and culture - a compulsive deep diver, who is intellectually curious.
  4. A bendy and thirsty brain –  a passion for learning and the ability to look at the world differently and make connections that others cannot.
And in return?

You’ll be valued – both professionally and personally. This is a team that cares. There are Annual bonuses. They celebrate the wins together.  You’ll be mentored by some of the best brains in the business. There is the chance to travel internationally.

Whilst the team works flexibly with a hybrid model and they enjoy collaborating face to face and aim to spend 2-3 days each week in the office.
