Qualitative Research Director – Utilities -Boutique Management Consultancy

Home based (Fully remote, UK based), £60-70k + bonus + very good benefits

This boutique management consultancy, who advise their clients on multi-million pound investments in vital service provision, are currently looking for a Qualitative Research Director to lead and grow the team that ensures customer and stakeholders voices are heard in strategic decision making.

With expertise in the design and hands-on management of a range of qualitative project types, in addition to leading the team, you will be enthusiastic about moderating groups, deliberative workshops and conducting depth interviews, both online and sometimes face-to-face. Its preferable, although not essential that you will also comfortable supervising quantitative studies.  Key will also be strong communication skills and the ability to deliver engaging and actionable insights in reports and presentations to C-suite stakeholders.

Applicants need to have experience of the utilities and regulated sectors and will enjoy developing client relationships and new business in this fascinating arena. You will also be able to present often complex topics in a customer friendly way and will be keen to bring the consumer and wider social voice into major companies decisions.
