This boutique consumer insights and brand strategy consultancy, specialising in FMCG/Retail, has built a reputation for diving deep into consumer psychology. The Opportunity
As Qualitative Insights Director, you’ll lead the qualitative division and manage high-impact projects such as journey mapping, workshops, user experience testing, and more.
Beyond delivering insights, you’ll grow the agency’s qualitative arm, mentoring junior researchers and giving them a seat at the leadership table.
We’re looking to speak with senior-level qualitative researchers who have proven experience deepening client relationships, growing teams, and winning business and are excited by the rare opportunity to shape the future direction of the team.

- Lead Complex Qual Projects: Manage and execute qualitative projects end-to-end, from pitch through to presentation, using various methods to extract deep insights from consumers.
- Shape Strategic Growth: Work directly with the leadership team to refine the agency’s qualitative offering (bringing new tools, frameworks and thinking) to drive business growth, and thought leadership!
- Mentor & Develop: As the qualitative lead, you will coach and mentor a team of passionate researchers, nurturing talent and fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of local and global clients, including restaurants, retailers, FMCG brands, and supermarkets, delivering insights that directly impact their brand strategy, product development, and customer experience.
