The role: Associate Director Qualitative
Due to new client withs and continued success, the Qualitative division is growing, and they are excited for a mid-senior-level qualitative thinker to join them.
Reporting to and alongside the Head of Qualitative Research, you’ll play an integral role within the team with a copious amount of opportunity for autonomy, exposure, and tailored mentoring.
As an experienced and hands-on qualitative strategist/researcher, you’ll be involved in all elements of the research process, from proposal writing, running fieldwork and workshop facilitation to insight generation, reporting, managing sparky juniors and delivering highly impactful client presentations. What will set you apart is your innate curiosity and ability to cut through the jargon and provide simple solutions and recommendations that drive sustainable growth and helps FMCG clients stay ahead of the curve.

The essentials
  • Prior qualitative experience within an agency environment – strategy, research, branding etc
  • Confidence in managing projects from pitch to delivery 
  • Top-notch communication, storytelling, copywriting, and presentation skills
  • A problem solver, you can think analytically and creatively,
  • An inherent curiosity and desire to uncover trends, patterns and future opportunities
  • Experience running in-depth interviews, focus groups, workshops, UX sessions, ethnography
  • A LOVE for food would be an added plus
