Job description

This is a win-win opportunity for a Qualitative Account Director to join an international award-winning market research agency.

This is your chance to get the best of both worlds! With a boutique feel, but with all the benefits of being part of the world’s largest Qualitative community – shared learning, impeccable training, fascinating projects, global accounts and a generous benefits package.

Constantly transforming the way they approach Qual through advanced technology, smart analytical frameworks and scientific inputs this is the ideal environment for a talented Quallie with a thirst for learning.

  • Enable people-led research through the adaption of technologies that allow brands to interact with consumers in real-time
  • Use workshops to ensure insights have an impact on clients, bringing research to life via ideation, storytelling, video excursions, ethnography, curation or consumer journeys
  • Leverage Agile work methods to accelerate concept and creative development allowing for same-day insights

A capable moderator (both groups and depths) you’ll still enjoy being hands-on and will get a kick from talking to consumers and working across clients from a variety of sectors. With a commercial edge, you’ll be motivated to work with the Directors in the team to build the qualitative business, whilst contributing to the direction of the offer. You’ll also love training and mentoring juniors.
