They are currently seeking a Qualitative Research Consultant to join their specialist Qualitative Research and Evaluation team. You’ll make strong contributions to client management, evaluation and research design and proposal writing, desktop research, fieldwork, and analysis and reporting for evaluation and qualitative research projects.

A snapshot of projects:
  • Work with refugees to understand barriers to their integration into the community.
  • A multidisciplinary project with minority cohorts that used a participatory approach and saw respondents involved in co-design.
  • The evaluation of a new child subsidy
  • A longitudinal study with a large NFP that tracks the work and educational outcomes of young adults. It will help the charity evaluate the work they do and better address future needs. The cohort is a fascinating mix of often vulnerable individuals including those with CALD, Disability, and Mental Health challenges.
You
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of research experience
  • At least some experience working within a commercial insights-based consultancy.  
  • Well-developed qualitative research skills including experience in interviewing and ideally group moderation.
