Job description

The role: Project Manager / Manager
A client-facing role, your focus will be on client management, relationship building, designing research, and delivering insightful reports, workshops, and presentations that answer complex problems.
Social, NGO, and government organisations within Health, Education, Charities, and Community services client will turn to you. Facing multiple challenges, they seek to improve education, health, and community outcomes in an environment of change, rapidly growing demands, and constrained funding. You will drive positive change in society.
From day one, you will enable clients to define and meet challenges by attracting and retaining the right people, engaging their employees within the organisations, explaining their vision and mission, understanding client needs, and building a solid leadership team. Your key focus will be:
  • Client management: Being a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Project management: Designing questionnaires, proposal writing, technology involvement, analysis, and insight generation.
  • Consulting: Pulling out key insights, reporting, and delivering imperfect presentations to c-suite executives and stakeholders! These insights become beacons for change on a roadmap to growth, guiding the way for success.
The essentials:
To be successful in this role, you must have prior experience within insights, research, or management consulting. You are experienced with pulling out nuggets of information from data and can translate that into stories. You must have strong communication and build trusted relationships with clients, employees, and suppliers.
