Insight Manager (Client Side) - Not-For-Profit/Sustainability

What a super opportunity for an Insight Manager (SRM/AD equivalent) from a research agency to secure a meaningful client side role with a hugely influential government backed not-for-profit group promoting sustainability!

You'll take on leadership responsibilities in the Insight & Analytics Team which almost acts as an internal research/insights agency for the rest of the organisation. Their objective is to help ensure the organisation's long-term strategy is planned and grounded in the best possible understanding of target audiences, consumer behaviour and cutting-edge marketing science.

As Insight Manager you'll work with other IMs plus Insight Executives to deliver consumer insight via continuous and ad hoc projects. You'll help oversee the entire project cycle with responsibilities that include briefing new research projects, project managing new and existing studies, and reporting findings of research projects to stakeholders. This will involve both quantitative and qualitative studies.

Ideally you'll probably be an Insight Manager or SRM/AD equivalent currently working in a market research agency/insights consultancy with good experience of a range of primary research methodologies (mainly quantitative - with some qualitative). You'll also have project managed primary research programmes incorporating multiple datastreams, mentored junior team members, and have a knack for distilling and interpreting insights from multiple sources into clear and actionable stories for internal teams.
