Job description

With offices in Sydney, London, Brooklyn, and Shanghai, they are a culturally diverse team of multi-disciplinary thinkers who sit at the interception of research, management consulting and behavioural science.
By combining academic rigour with qualitative and quantitative research and the latest thinking in behavioural science, they look beyond the obvious, diving into the subconscious factors that influence human behaviour and designing tangible and implementable solutions to nudge and shift positive change.

  • Designing complex quantitative solutions and frameworks to assist with the development of strategic outcomes that exceed client expectations
  • Leading and facilitating strategic client workshops, including training in the application of BE with c-suite executives

  • Coach, mentor and manage a team of ambitious and exceptionally brilliant researchers/strategists and behavioural thinkers
  • Partnering with the CEO and c-suite leadership team to bring new ideas, solutions, and client partnerships to the table
The essentials:
  • Extensive prior experience in quantitative research, consumer psychology, business strategy, management consulting or behavioural science
  • Exceptional ability to build trusted commercial client partnerships
  • An empathetic management style, committed to accelerating your team's career progression
