In this unique role, you’ll have an opportunity to combine your quantitative and technical data capabilities with your passion for delivering research that matters.
  
The role: Online Research Panel Manager
  
Due to continued success, the quantitative team is excited for a Panel Manager to join their successful and growing team.
  
In a high-profile position, from day one, you’ll have overarching responsibility for overseeing and managing online research projects from end to end, ensuring all projects run to schedule, within budget, and are of the highest quality. You’ll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders across research, data science, analytics, methods, and operation departments.
  
In addition to monitoring fieldwork, success, and the financial performance of the panel, you’ll have the opportunity to lead implementation and technology refreshes while also supporting business development for new client accounts.
The essentials:
  
  • 3+ years of relevant experience within a research agency, online community, panel, or similar environment with hands-on skills in technical data and operational skills encompassing - sample design, questionnaire design, online panel administration, and technical understanding (sampling, weighting, statistical analysis with SPSS, and reporting)
  • An ability to work in a collaborative environment, problem solve, manage stakeholder relationships, and think analytically and creatively.
  • A genuine interest in social research and a desire to contribute positively to society.
While this social research agency’s HQ is in Melbourne, they are open to remote working options for the right candidates.
