Market Research Director - CX and NPS
Job description
This fast-growing and successful team of CX Insights specialists helps their clients move the needle on the metrics and moments that matter. They are currently looking to hire a Research Director to manage an exciting portfolio of client accounts within the services sectors.
Doing more than just delivering data they help their clients engage around a common CX vision from C-Suite to the frontline. And the partnership doesn’t just end with a report; they work at a deeper level with clients activating insights and embedding the required structure and cultural changes required to drive continuous CX improvement and customer-centricity.
They drive business impact by bringing the information to life through real-time dashboards, compelling communications, activation workshops, storytelling, and target setting.
