As a Behavioural Associate, you’ll deliver projects from diagnosis and exploration, research, and evaluation through design and implementation.
Furthering your behavioural science expertise, client-facing consulting, critical thinking, commercial nous, and persuasive presentation skills, you’ll be responsible for:
  • Cultivating deep commercial stakeholder relationships  
  • Taking briefs to understand problems, behaviours and pain points acutely
  • Project management, ensuring all projects are running on time and within budget
  • Support with proposal design
  • Designing and delivering projects from ROI, customer value proposition, and communication strategy to EDM, thought leadership and product evaluation
  • Triangulate data from qualitative and quantitative research  
  • Use structured frameworks to assess projects
  • Help design and implement evidence-based interventions
  • Test and evaluate ideas drawing on behavioural science techniques - nudging, framing, heuristics, RCTs, ethnography, rational choice, scarcity (you’ll be supported to learn and sharpen these skills on the job)
  • Translate complex information into tailored behavioural science-led campaigns and recommendations
We are looking for individuals with a strong professional services consultancy profile and a post-graduate qualification in a scientific discipline such as organizational psychology, market research, data sciences or behavioral economics.
