Senior Consultant - Behavioural Science & Quantitative Research
Job description
We’re looking for a special researcher to join a fast-growing agency. Someone who thrives on fast thinking, loves solving complex problems, and is energised by the idea of joining a boutique consultancy that uses Research, AI, and Behavioural Science to supercharge business growth.
The agency? An independent Research and Behavioural Science agency – rewriting the rules of what it means to be innovative, inclusive, and impactful. They are widely celebrated for their work and culture – B&T Agency of the Year finalist, listed in the SmartCompany 50 and Smartorkplace culture awards, and recently B-Corp certified!
As a boutique team of 15+, they offer a genuine opportunity to fast-track your career, learn from an exceptional senior leadership team, and progress based purely on merit. They’re bold, ambitious, and authentic — and they’re only just getting started.
Working here means partnering with Australia’s leading top-tier brands in the tech, retail, and services sectors to tackle meaty challenges big and small.
This is a newly created role in the Quantitative Division.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll lead ad hoc and tracking quant projects end to end, focusing on questionnaire design, analysis, insight generation, strategic storytelling, reporting, and presenting to clients. You’ll build strong client relationships, get under the skin of their business, and bring energy and creativity to solving their challenges. With support from amazing seniors every step of the way.
Expect variety. Projects span brand positioning, customer experience, journey mapping, brand tracking, message hierarchy, behavioural nudging, segmentation, concept testing, and comms testing.
The essentials:
2024/2025 has been a hugely successful time for the business – they’re making waves and entering a new growth stage.
You’ll join a team of like-minded researchers and strategists passionate about combining insight with behavioural science. And you’ll have access to amazing benefits such as unlimited unpaid leave, birthday leave, amazing co-working space offices, flexible working, wellness initiatives, fun socials, paid sabbaticals, tailored development plans and heaps of autonomy.
