Evaluation Consultant – Education / Children (Evaluating policies and programmes)

Join this multi-disciplinary team of social policy researchers and evaluation specialists working specifically in the areas of early years through to adulthood and covering education and family policies.

The team work closely with other specialist policy teams to provide in-depth policy expertise to clients and robust research and evidence on the effectiveness of policies and programmes both in the UK and Internationally. Recent projects have included school recovery approaches to Covid-19 and improving access to higher education for disadvantaged students.

As a Consultant in the team you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects delivering existing programmes of work as well as helping to deliver and develop new areas of business.

More specifically you will have the opportunity to get involved in:

  • Supporting the delivery of evaluation projects through the full project cycle from evaluation design through to developing conclusions and recommendations

  • Supporting day to day client relationships

  • Drafting evaluation frameworks and analysis plans

  • Contributing towards proposals

  • Developing a special expertise in the education, children and families area
