A senior figure within the business, you’ll have overarching responsibility for designing, delivering, and implementing projects from initiation through to presentation for high-profile commercial and government accounts within the services, healthcare, retail, FMCG, housing, education, and technology sector.
As an experienced all-rounder, you will have real clout with clients; they see you as a trusted advisor. Skilled at problem-solving, you’ll help clients define and understand the real problem, design research methodologies, lead qualitative and quantitative fieldwork, and deliver insights, recommendations, and presentations that cut through the noise, providing clients with the ‘ah-ha’ moment.
Leading a team of smart and inherently curious researchers, you’ll be hands-on with mentoring, developing, and elevating their thinking and strategic storytelling skills.

- 5+ years of commercial agency experience in market research, strategy, or consulting with confident managing ad-hoc and ongoing projects from pitch through to presentation
- A wide toolbox of qualitative and quantitative methodologies

- Exceptional communication and an ability to translate complex data into concise nuggets of information
- Strong managerial and organisational skills, knowing how to manage both upwards and downwards.
