Director (Quant) - High-end strategic insights consultancy

Job description

Our client, a well-established and successful insights agency, are on the lookout for their next senior hire!
They work across an eclectic mix of brand and marketing challenges for clients predominantly in the financial services, telcos, media and retail space. They are creative, collaborative, innovative, and super passionate about technology.

Research skills
A hands-on researcher, you will love digging into data and exploring new methodologies.
A quantitative expert or quant-leaning dualist, you will have extensive experience running both tracking and adhoc projects from pitch to delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.
You will have an analytical mindset and be used to being hands on with the tools such as Q, Excel, SPSS.
Team management and leadership
You will be passionate about training and mentoring others and watching them grow.
To succeed within this agency, you will have integrity and a genuine love for people and brands. You will be a supportive, nurturing and inspiring leader.
Client servicing
You will love understanding the what’s and whys of human behaviour and get a real buzz out of solving knotty problems for high profile clients.
A talented storyteller and expert presenter, you will be excellent at delivering high impact insights and love seeing your recommendations brought to life.
You will be confident in your ability to spot opportunities to grow business. Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and winning new business off the back of great work as well as new pitches.
