Director (Qual) – London/Remote -  Brand Strategy & Innovation Agency

With offices in five cities across the world, this strategy consultancy is on the hunt for a new Director to come in and take the lead in their London office!

This small but growing boutique are lucky to work across hugely diverse briefs that constantly stretch your thinking and develop your creativity. Working with some of the best-known consumer brands (both large and small) they produce a blend of research and strategy unrivalled by their competitors. Understanding people is at the heart of everything they do, and no two days are the same as the team collaborate across high impact brand strategy and innovation projects.

Smart and innovative but down to earth, the team at this boutique see themselves as individuals with different skills and talents to offer. They pride themselves on being eclectic and diverse, and love to collaborate and pick each other’s brains on interesting briefs!

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience heading qualitative research and strategy projects within an agency environment, ideally across a range of consumer sectors. They will have an entrepreneurial flair, real gravitas with clients and describe themselves as constantly curious! Experience specifically with brand strategy and innovation briefs is also a must, but above all you will be a fun, creative, ambitious Director on the lookout for an exciting new challenge!

Must haves

• Experience in brand positioning, proposition development, and/or experience of trends exploration and innovation/transformation projects that deliver growth 

• Strong strategic skills coupled with solid qualitative research skills

• You LOVE to collaborate and hear different ideas/approaches

• Insane levels of curiosity – totally driven by finding out what makes people tick and why
