Great opportunity for a Data Scientist/Analytics Consultant to work closely with market researchers on a range of insights led projects for this highly influential consultancy!
Essentially you’ll apply your existing programming skills, particularly in Excel VBA, in conjunction with your statistical skills to run analyses in any of the following Q, SPSS or R, while helping research executives to familiarise with statistical and digital methodologies available to them. As such you’ll support all stages of insights led project progression, helping with design and development of creative solutions and new proprietary and syndicated solutions.
With the insights industry currently really beefing up its data science/analytics capabilities, this is a great opportunity for someone who already has practical experience in a data science, market research advanced methods, marketing science, or digital analytical unit, plus aforementioned expertise in modern computing software (e.g. Excel VBA, R, SPSS, SQL).
In return you’ll become a key player in the business and you’ll be afforded the chance to really your develop your Data Science skillset within this field, and thus make significant difference to output and ultimately client solutions. It’s a very good time to be a Data Scientist in the insights industry – but it won’t suit those Data Scientists who haven’t previously worked in market research, insights or similar.
