Data Processor / Survey Programmer – Insight and Innovation Agency

£30,000 - £45,000 + Benefits – Home Counties / Remote working

This award-winning research and insights agency has an impressive client base within the Retail and broader consumer sectors including Tech, Finance and Travel. They are experts when it comes to helping brands grow and helping them tackle and face new challenges.

Bright, inquisitive and creative minds make up the insights team and everyone has a passion for delivering powerful insights, based on deep strategic thinking and consumer understanding. They bring clarity to a client’s business challenges and aim to spark action, unafraid of challenging convention.

Project challenges are diverse and span new product and brand innovation, concept/comms/advertising testing, customer closeness and brand strategy. The team love to explore human behaviour and emotional drivers as well as embrace innovative techniques and methodologies.

The agency is now looking to make a key addition to the team to play an important role when it comes to survey scripting, processing and data handling. Every week sees a wide variety of projects for the team, and they are looking for someone who excels in coming up with the best solution to technical problems.

You’ll get involved in the full lifecycle of quant projects, learn new skills and technology, and have a chance to work independently as well as with the team. You’ll be joining at an  exciting time – the team are looking to expand their capabilities, and you’ll have the chance to directly input into this future vision!

Desirable experience includes:

• Experience with survey scripting tools – ideally Decipher – but any XML based survey software considered

• Experience with data tabulation software

• Strong capability with Microsoft Excel and VBA

• Any Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and/or Python would be advantageous
