Data Insights Analyst - Clientside (Media!)

Job description

They aim to provide a broad range of viewpoints and access across Australia, and this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Insights Analyst with a passion for community and diversity to join them for the next 12 months!

The Role
The purpose of your role will be to provide insights to inform decision making across the organisation.
You will work primarily with the Data & Insights Manager, Executive and Leadership team, as well as with external suppliers. A core function will be running primary research with different radio stations looking at product satisfaction and development. You will also run audience research, liaising with external agencies to manage two annual waves. Finally, you will play a key role in the centralisation and dissemination of data across the organisation. This could be Google Analytics for website performance, or salesforce data, streaming and download data, HR or Finance Data. 

About you
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a not-for profit or Media organisation
  • Exceptional data, analytical, numeracy and research skills
  • In depth experience with primary market research, analysis & visualisation tools – able to design a survey and run analysis etc.
  • Prior experience with digital analytics tools
  • Proven ability to interpret organisational needs
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Proven stakeholder management experience
