This 100% independently owned boutique are on the lookout for more talent to join the growing team in their Perth office!

Utilising a host of quantitative and qualitative methods, each project is tailored to the needs of their client, and they aren’t afraid to re-frame questions, think outside the box, or turn a project totally on its head! Projects range from segmentation, branding and innovation to behaviour change, customer experience and policy evaluation. No question is too big or too small!
  
The role: 
  
As a Research Consultant/Account Manager you’ll be involved in all elements of the research process from pitch through to final presentation. You’ll have the opportunity to stretch your qualitative and quantitative thinking, make connections with interesting brands and businesses across Australia, learn from industry-leading senior talent, and offer up your own expertise to help mentor junior researchers.

Your skills/experience:
  • Prior agency experience in market research – essential
  • An agile mindset, able to work across projects and industries (you love the variety!)
  • Quantitative and/or qualitative research skills
  • Expert storyteller, writer, and presenter
  • Humble, collaborative, and passionate – a people person
