What You’ll Do
- Lead and support the design, execution, and delivery of research projects in financial services, including customer behaviour, sentiment, market strategy, product innovation, and risk.
- Combine proprietary data, syndicated studies, and custom primary research to unlock client insights.
- Analyse and synthesise complex datasets (e.g. survey, macroeconomic, financial) to produce clear, actionable recommendations.
- Develop high-quality client deliverables (presentations, reports, dashboards) that influence senior decision-makers.
- Manage stakeholder engagement, working closely with cross-functional teams and global offices.
- Contribute to business development by scoping new research opportunities and helping grow long-term relationships.
- 1-2 years of experience in market research, consulting, or insights, ideally with exposure to financial services.
- Strong analytical capability, and experience working with quantitative tools (e.g., Excel, statistical software).
- Excellent communication skills; you can present complex findings clearly and compellingly.
- Curious, intellectually rigorous, and comfortable working across different markets and geographies.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and driven to add value for clients and for your team.
