The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for someone with 1-3 years of experience who is inquisitive, eager to learn, and excited to grow within the world of insights consulting. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and analysts, gaining hands-on experience across a mix of ongoing tracking programs and bespoke strategic projects.

What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll:
- Support the delivery of both tracking and ad-hoc research projects, including questionnaire input and reporting.
- Analyse data to shape compelling consumer stories that guide client decisions.
- Work directly with client stakeholders as part of collaborative project teams.
- Manage fieldwork, sampling, quotas and data quality processes.
- Use tools like Q (and others) to interrogate and interpret data.
- Coordinate tasks across internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Maintain high professional standards in line with industry codes and guidelines.
You’ll likely have:
- A genuine curiosity about people and a desire to understand what drives behaviour
- The ability to work across multiple projects and operate at pace when required
- A willingness to learn and embrace feedback
- An emerging understanding of research methodologies across brand, product and experience
- Experience with Q is helpful but not essential (enthusiasm to learn is what matters most)
