They are looking to hire a Client Manager to manage a dynamic portfolio of 30+ FMCG manufacturers and retailers, each with unique and exciting challenges. The role of a Client Manager is to ensure that the client gets the most from the reports and consultancy services they purchase, with high levels of client satisfaction being the end game. Satisfaction leads to renewed subscriptions, and understanding is the primary driver of this. Client Managers in this business take the time to get to know their client's critical business issues and challenges. Powered by this understanding and strong sector know-how, they add value to clients by advising them on the most effective solutions.
Skills required:
  
Client Relationship Mastery: Proven track record of working in a client-facing/management role within research/data/insights
Sector Specialist: Able to talk confidently about FMCG and Retail in a language your clients understand – research, category, shopper, etc.
Confident Communicator: Can translate data into actionable insights and stories, ensuring application within clients' brands.
Commercial Confidence: You are adept at having commercially focused conversations with clients. Identify opportunities to enhance client value through additional products and services. Secure yearly contract renewals, driving high retention rates.
