Our client is a fast paced, technology driven Data Consultancy.

They consult with the major FMCG manufacturers, Grocers and Retailers to provide a complete picture of market dynamics and shopper preferences.
As a Consultant, you will act as a data and insights advisor to improve efficiency and growth for a client portfolio of major Food & Drink or Grocery clients. Talking range optimisation, innovation, planograms, pricing, promotions, shopper missions – everything and anything to inform category strategy.
You’ll be passionate about category and shopper insights, building deep and meaningful client partnerships.

Key responsibilities:
- Successfully engage a client portfolio of blue-chip FMCG Or Retailers
- Consult with clients to define business problems
- Analyse and interpret PoS and Panel Data
- Deliver actionable strategy
- Grow your expertise in Category/Shopper/Loyalty strategy
- Spot opportunities for growth within your accounts
- Influence and mentor junior team members
- Expertise in shopper/category insights and analytics
- Previous experience panel, survey data or POS data essential
- Customer Loyalty data also highly regarded
- A natural communicator, great at establishing rapport
- Ideally prior agency experience managing multiple accounts
- A curious, creative, and problem-solving mindset
