Brand Strategist - Insights
Job description
This Melbourne-based boutique Insights & Strategy consultancy is an expert at building strong brand connections through understanding culture and human behaviour.

This year alone, they have delivered creative solutions to one of the big 4-banks, a major supermarket chain, a global confectionery giant, world-famous winemakers, a youthful media brand, an amazing not-for-profit and one of the biggest make-up meccas in the world!
A small-but-mighty team, they work collaboratively as one. Projects are both large tracking projects to strategic ad-hoc pieces of work. From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to jump in and own projects independently, managing all phases of quant research from client briefs, questionnaire design, fieldwork management and analysis to translating data into actionable story-driven strategic reports, recommendations, and solutions.
Working alongside the founder and awesome researchers/strategists from unique backgrounds, you’ll expand your skill set and ability to look at problems from different perspectives. People are the core of this agency and have a culture of collaboration, fun and authenticity.
There are no egos, and they love what they do. In addition to strong remuneration packages, they offer 22+ days leave, social events, and 1:1 mentoring and have amazing offices in Collingwood with hybrid working.

- Prior quantitative market research/insight experience within an agency environment
- Curiosity to learn what makes people tick, and their connection to brands
- Experience conducting research and boiling down complex data from different sources into overarching key insights which will define a clear path forward
- Analytical acumen with Q, SPSS or excel
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- A positive mindset and excitement to be part of a small agency as they continue to grow. It’s a super exciting time for them
