​c. £40,000 plus strong £ote/benefits; London/Hybrid/Remote

Super opportunity for a BD Executive/Manager versed in research/insights who’s keen to bring their consultative and commercial skills to pitching behavioural insights solutions.

Joining this hugely respected and well established insights consultancy, you’ll be promoting their highly successful, disruptive approach to insights & behavioural economics that both challenges conventional thinking/methodologies and provides clients with innovative actionable solutions to progress their commercial aims. As BD Manager you’ll work closely with the MD and Senior Insights Team in setting sales strategy for both new and existing clients, taking a collaborative approach in this process. This will therefore include new business development, cross selling, up selling, after sales client care, playing a lead role in pitch development, and much more besides.

Given you’ll be working closely with your insights colleagues, an understanding or experience in selling/promoting market research, insights & data solutions (or similar) is hugely advantageous alongside a natural flair and credible previous background in consultative selling. The nice part about this job is you do get to set the agenda, and will become the commercial ‘go to’ specialist within the firm as you establish yourself. It’s also a smart move for a market research/insights professional who has always felt more inclined towards business developing.
