The Role
As Associate Director, you’ll be a leader who bridges insight, strategy, and delivery. You’ll partner with senior clients, guide research and consulting teams, and shape projects that create real value. Some of the core responsibilities will be:
- Owning major client relationships; understanding their goals and translating them into research, strategy, or product interventions.
- Leading end-to-end insight programs: designing, managing, analysing, and synthesising quantitative and qualitative work to deliver clear, actionable advice.
- Mentoring and managing consultants and researchers, helping them grow both technically and commercially.
- Ensuring that every insight project is grounded in rigour but delivered with clarity; telling the “So What” and “Now What” so clients can act with confidence.
- Contributing to business development: identifying opportunities, supporting pitches and proposals, setting direction for new offerings.
- Living the culture: promoting collaboration, supporting the growth of others, contributing to a values-led, inclusive, people-first workplace.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 6+years of experience in a research, insights, or strategy role.
- Is strong in quantitative methods and is complemented by qualitative or mixed-methods experience.
- Can think strategically, not just about data, but about how insight becomes change.
- Is adept at managing people & projects: balancing quality, timelines, budget, and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicates clearly & persuasively and is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
- Shares values of curiosity, integrity, collaboration, growth, and an orientation toward sustainable impact.
