The role: Associate Director / Director
Open to Associate Director or director-level researchers, reporting directly to the founder, you’ll have a seat at the leadership table from day one.  
All projects are 100% customised, and you’ll be working on NPD, large-scale U&A, cultural insights, brand strategy, customer experience, innovation, segmentation, and brand architecture.
Their fresh approach to problem-solving and creative ways of delivering recommendations with clarity and innovation has caught the attention of an awesome list of fun clients, from emerging start-ups to loved brands across the entertainment, FMCG, wellness, technology, retail, and beauty sectors.

Key responsibilities:
  • Solving meaty client challenges for big brand accounts
  • Distil briefs, deeply understanding key problems
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and sounding board to clients
  • Writing compelling proposals and winning new biz
  • Designing customised quant research (weaving in qual)
  • interrogating data (SPSS/Q)
  • Insight generation and storytelling
  • Deliver engaging presentations that inspire & engage clients
  • Mentor and guide juniors, fostering a culture of collaboration
Those at the more senior level will be accountable for revenue and play an integral role in thought leadership, team management, and business growth.

About you:
We’re looking for an experienced quantitative or dualist researcher who is ready for the next step in their career and is craving more autonomy, variety, and excitement.

It’s essential that you have proven commercial agency experience within quantitative research, an appetite for winning business, and a willingness to tackle diverse briefs.
