They are a small but high-impact team (plus an office dog!) operating a hybrid work policy in a trendy area of Melbourne. Their creative and fluid approach means they are constantly open to new opportunities, new ways of working, new problems to solve, and new things to try.
  
Their work
Here is a taster of some of the projects they are working across. For this role, they are looking for a dualist/method agnostic researcher with skills across qualitative and quantitative methods, OR a quant-focused researcher.
  • How to build deeper consumer relationships for a leading beauty brand 
  • Mapping new segments for a leading alcoholic beverage company
  • Pack testing for a natural wine brand
  • Understanding snacking behaviours across different APAC markets 
About you
  • People skills are a must. You will be a genuine person with a willingness to learn and help others progress
  • Someone of thrives in a creative, fast-paced, boutique environment
  • Strong quantitative (and ideally some qualitative) research capabilities and a desire to remain hands on
  • Strong technical skills including recent experience with Q
  • Amazing client management skills. You will be taking ownership of some key accounts and it will be vital that you build deep relationships
  • Customised ad-hoc and tracking experience
  • Experience across a variety of projects – brand strategy, concept testing, shopper, customer experience, innovation etc.
  • You enjoy mentoring people – and have experience doing so
  • You have a creative streak!
