The role: Account Director / Senior Account Director FMCG
As an Account Director or Senior Account Director (depending on your level of experience), you’ll lead a portfolio of high-profile FMCG clients, delivering advanced, strategic insights and helping brands make informed decisions.

We’re looking for a researcher who can blend deep consumer and shopper understanding with sophisticated quantitative methods, equally comfortable with the tools and presentation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing high-value FMCG & retail client accounts
- Leading large-scale trackers and bespoke ad-hoc studies (e.g., pack testing, segmentation, U&As, brand strategy, choice modelling, innovation, concept testing)
- Translating complex data into clear, compelling insights that drive impact
- Leveraging your quantitative expertise to design, analyse, and deliver high-quality research using SPSS/Q
- Building long-term client relationships through strong commercial thinking and outstanding communication
What we’re looking for:
- 8+ years of commercial quantitative research agency experience
- Proven track record of working with FMCG clients and brands
- Hands-on capabilities in Excel, SPSS, Q, or similar – confident with complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to think both analytically and creatively
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy and is ready to step into a leadership role
