Qualitative & Quantitative Researchers - Consumer Insights 🧩
Job description
Are you curious about why consumers behave the way they do?
Want to work in a dynamic, fast-paced agency that’s globally recognised for solving complex marketing and business challenges for leading brands? This is the perfect opportunity to take your career to the next level!
This independent agency is an expert in unlocking consumer insights and delivering strategic recommendations across the tech, retail, tourism, and healthcare sectors. It’s also the #1 agency for career development in the industry! With merit-based promotions, tailored learning opportunities, flexible working, additional leave, and amazing mentors, it’s a place where your growth matters.
About the role:
Due to growth, the Auckland team of this brilliant agency has two openings for a Qualitative Researcher and a Quantitative Researcher to join them.
We’re looking for qualitative, quantitative, and dualist researchers who want to expand their methodological toolkit, broaden their client base, and join a team of smart, driven, and curious thinkers.
You’ll love the diversity of the work—from brand strategy and innovation to concept testing, customer experience, and usage and attitudes (U&A). Every day offers a new challenge, brand, and opportunity to stretch your thinking.
As a Research Consultant, you’ll contribute to a constant stream of diverse ad-hoc and tracking projects, managing clients and projects independently from briefs through to crafting reports and delivering presentations. You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, attend client meetings, and offer your point of view on cultural trends, emerging tech, BSCI thinking, and current affairs.
This agency offers more than just a job—it’s a place for growth, innovation, and career acceleration. You’ll enjoy merit-based promotions, fantastic mentorship, and an environment that nurtures creativity and learning. Plus, their offices are amazing!
