Associate Director – Consultancy in Customer Experience & Engagement
Central London (Hybrid, c2 days) - £45-55,000 + great benefits
This insight agency that’s part of a high-profile Comms and Consulting group has a diverse and sophisticated insight offering. As an Associate Director you will join a small dedicated team providing highly consultative and bespoke quantitative (your focus) and qualitative insights to a diverse range of top consumer clients on their customer experience and engagement issues. You will have versatility and the ability to understand and break down the client’s problem, so you can then offer appropriate insights to influence key engagement programmes and management decisions. You will be equally at home with client management, research design, the analysis of both primary and other data sources and the generation and delivery of research insights at senior levels. The ability to convert insights into strategic recommendations is a must.
This is an ideal role for a confident researcher with strong quantitative skills and expertise in customer experience and engagement, keen to deliver great work to appreciative clients, while working closely with other like-minded professionals.
