One of Australia's leading brand, product and innovation research companies in the FMCG/CPG and retail space is offering a fantastic opportunity for a Qualitative Account Director to join their team of innovative professionals.
  
Masters at identifying the “consumer truth” they are able to pinpoint the insights that resonates with a clients target audience creating compelling brand stories that connect on a deeper level.
  
They work with a portfolio of top-name CPG/FMCG and retail clients, especially in the food & beverage industries.

Qualitative Account Director responsibilities:
  • Assisting with new business development , writing winning proposals
  • Research design and development of qualitative discussion guides
  • Fieldwork moderation and interviewing
  • Prepare presentations and reports including strategic recommendations.
  • Client presenting, work shopping and action planning
  • Proactively manage and maintain relationships with designated clients, both during and beyond project work
