Account Director - Award Winning Market Research Agency
Job description
This is the ideal role for an experienced market researcher who is looking to step into a position with increased responsibility and visibility within a successful business. Specialists in quantitative research they position themselves at the ‘thinking’ end of the research spectrum. This means drawing out the insights, interpreting their implications and coming to a point of view on the way forward for their clients. Every project is tailored to an individual client’s needs. The presentations and reports are relevant, readable and engaging and they seek to immerse their clients in the research via workshops and creative reporting tools that leverage the latest technologies.
They are currently looking to recruit an Account Director to work across a portfolio of clients from an exciting mix of sectors – the role can be shaped to suit your passions – it could be Media/FMCG/Retail/Technology/Banking/Travel. As an Account Director, you will take the reign on accounts, driving client relationships, delivering high-end research solutions and managing a small team. The role is focused on ad hoc customised research solutions giving you plenty of variety across brand, experience, innovation and much much more.

Requirements:
- Strong quantitative market research agency track record
- 6-8 years+ experience
- Strong client engagement and presentation skills
- Comfortable working to targets and managing a team
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent customised research know-how
