The role

This role would suit an enthusiastic, experienced Technical Consultant / Survey Programmer who is looking for a new challenge. It will see you owning the technical function of client accounts as you work across a complex and high-profile research program for one of Australia’s largest banks. Liaising with the client directly, as well as the internal project team members and third-party providers, you will consistently execute and deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction whilst building effective, professional working relationships. Managing survey programming, dashboarding and data visualisation and technical systems for your clients you’ll enjoy juggling tasks.
  
To quality for this exciting opportunity, you will:
  • Demonstrate solid market research technical skills (preferably in customer satisfaction, CX or VOC research)
  • Experience using survey programming and sampling tools – ideally Confirmit and Reportal but all packages considered
  • Have strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Have a solutions driven client focused mentality
  • Be an effective communicator able to manage multiple stakeholder
