Team Leader – Oxford / Remote – Health and Social Charity 

Up to £46,500 (2 year fixed term contract)

This International healthcare charity based in Oxford have a strong reputation for working with government bodies, charities, NHS trusts and academic institutions to understand patients experience of care. Their expertise covers all stages of the research process from design through to delivery, running prestigious large scale surveys as well as small bespoke studies – they are committed to producing actionable and meaningful insight to drive advances in healthcare standards and deliver the highest quality person centred care.

As a Team Leader you will enjoy a pivotal management role, leading on the development, coordination and oversight of the charity’s large scale programmes of work. You will be involved in projects from design and development to resourcing and implementation ensuring studies are conducted to the highest standard ensuring the needs of the clients are met.

In this role you will be accountable and be responsible for developing and improving the processes for these programmes. You will ensure the projects are manged efficiently and successfully whilst delivering excellent customer service.

In order to hit the ground running in this role, you will be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:

  • Managing complex projects involving team leadership, as well as stakeholder management

  • Managing project timelines, including reviewing capacity and progress and amending plans to address changing requirements

  • Understanding core principles of quant research

  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships with clients

  • Resource management experience

  • Budget management experience
