Survey Programmer/Scripter - Leading Industry Body

Job description

To. £36,000; London/Hybrid
This leading research body - servicing the FMCG/retail sector - has strong need of an experienced Survey Programmer/Scripter as its research deliverables expand.

As a result of strong growth, research projects are booming here! Joining the data team - which they style as the 'engine room' of the business - you'll bring your expertise to scripting complex ad hoc surveys and becoming the internal lead for technical matters on online survey design and management. Already producing over 200 quantitative international surveys for the vertical they serve, there is room to strategise to make this function more efficient - and your efforts will be at the heart of that! Make no mistake, this is a key role in the business. In fact you’ll also get to be involved in wider field/operational support plus data quality/analysis too, so there’s additional depth to this opportunity.

Ideally you'll have strong experience as a survey programming/scripter in market research or similar. Whilst abilities using Decipher/ Forsta are advantageous, they're very open to experience in other platforms as they feel such knowledge makes it easier to cross train/adapt. Additionally you’ll have strong Excel, have used statistical packages like SPSS, and perhaps also been involved in market research led field/operations management. Thus you'll get the opportunity to play a lead role in all areas connected with online survey design and management.

This is a great role for an experienced Survey Scripter/Programmer who perhaps wants to do a more all-round role, and who seeks 'out' of the anonymity and churn you get in the big agencies, and wants to join a market leading research group known for its work with a key vertical in FMCG/retail, and that is populated by a warm, friendly, and 'human' team. Hybrid/flexible working options available. For further details contact Carl at Resources Group on applytocarl@resourcesgroup.com
