Senior Research Manager – Consumer

Manchester / Remote – £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits

If you crave variety in your role and you’re feeling pigeon-holed at the moment this could be the right move for you.  You won’t be stuck working on just one client here. Everyone has the opportunity to work on a diverse client base spanning sectors such as Retail/FMCG, Finance and Leisure and Tourism.  You’ll be inspiring your clients to make better marketing and branding decisions and past projects have included advertising, new product development, customer experience and plenty of others! The projects are very much ad-hoc focused.

Whatever your level within the team, everyone is encouraged to help grow the agency, so aside from project duties you’ll have the opportunity to turn your hand to writing blogs and generating ideas for marketing campaigns. 

On the project side, you’ll be hands-on throughout the project life cycle and this role will make full use of your research design, moderation, client management and insight skills identifying key themes and summarising them in a commercial and actionable context. At this level, it’s also likely that you will take a lead role in proposal writing, account management and development. Line management will also feature.

Ideally you will have experience of both quantitative and qualitative techniques – however if your focus has been on one of these, that’s not a problem as long as you have an interest in developing your experience and skills in the other.
