Senior Research Consultant (Quant)- Identify & Execute Growth Strategies

The clients: A juicy portfolio of blue-chip clients from hot start-ups to iconic household favourites across FMCG, tourism, health/pharma, QSR.
  
The projects: Quantitative Research + Online Communities, with the opportunity for some qual.

Identifying growth strategies, executing growth strategies and performance evaluation. Projects will include range from bespoke ad hoc pieces to complex strategic tracking, across brand, customer/employee experience, innovation, sensory, packaging and campaign testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop client relationships that thrive and endure
  • Define key business challenges and shape quantitative research studies
  • Immerse yourself in client’s business to establish a credible base of knowledge
  • Manage quantitative and mixed methodology projects, including working with a key online community.
  • Run smaller projects independently & contribute to larger complex projects with the team
  • Design surveys and juggle several projects at one time
  • Dig in to data sets to interpret meaningful, commercially relevant insights
  • Take responsibility for designing client ready presentations
Desirable skills:
  • Experience of ad hoc and continuous quantitative research projects
  • A skilled research practitioner with experience in developing surveys, project management, analysing and integrating data (SPSS/Q)
  • A strategic mindset and an understanding of how to develop actionable insights that provide clients with business solutions and opportunities.
