Senior Research Consultant - Brand Equity & Campaign Evaluation

Job description

I’m looking for a quantitative consumer researcher with experience in brand equity and advertising tracking.

Joining a global leader in brand & advertising insights strategy, this role is to work across Commercial and Government work, with a mixture of brand equity, campaign evaluation and ad hoc work.
We’re looking for a researcher who gets kicks out of tracking projects from a longitudinal perspective observing trends, patterns, and changes. You will enjoy the accurate trend analysis of collecting data over time and identifying short term fluctuation and long-term trends. It will also suit a researcher with strong project management skills, but who also wants the spice of some fascinating ad hoc work!
Key responsibilities:
  • Responding to client queries and requests in a timely manner, building rapport.
  • Ensure surveys design is consistent with proposal and project specifications
  • Ensure data collection runs smoothly within project timelines
  • Ensure all data related outputs are accurate and meet client needs
  • Production of accurate analysis and comprehensive reporting.
  • Build language and reputation as an expert in brand, advertising and marketing research
  • Support with ad hoc research projects including strategic presentations
The focus of the role is on high quality project execution, taking a key role in the planning, development and monitoring of data collection and associated client deliverables.

Desirable background:
  • Experience at another leading market or social research agency
  • Experience in quantitative research methodologies
  • Knowledge around brand & communication evaluation
  • Strong data analysis (SPSS/Q) and reporting skills – able to stitch together the story from the data
  • High attention to details and the ability to keep projects to time and budget
  • A positive and engaging client-lead
