Senior Client & Communities Executive – Sustainable Finance – Customer Insight Consultancy

Central London (hybrid, 2 office days), £30-33,000 + bonus

This socially focused Insight Consultancy help their clients develop sustainable, consumer-focused financial products and services that are fair and accessible to all.

They build and manage communities to deliver insights to their high-profile financial services clients – asking their consumer communities questions to understand their environmental and social views, or to assess marketing material to ensure customer communication is clear and accessible.

This is a varied role supporting the communities and working closely with their key clients. With daily client contact you could be drafting a survey, writing questions, moderating communities, writing communications to community members, compiling reports and presenting to clients.   It’s an attractive mix of research, client, project and community management and marketing tasks, no two days will be the same!

They are open to a range of backgrounds including market research project management, community or panel management, full-service research or general marketing.  If you have a good understanding of the research process and familiarity with survey software all the better.

If you are a confident communicator, used to working closely with clients and keen to join a small dynamic team, this is a great role to gain independence and own your own projects with lots of opportunity for progression.
