Key responsibilities:
  

• Successfully engage a client portfolio of blue-chip FMCG Or Retailers
• Consult with clients to define business problems
• Analyse and interpret Customer Loyalty data, Sales and Panel Data
• Deliver actionable strategy
• Grow your expertise in Category/Shopper/Loyalty strategy
• Spot opportunities for growth within your accounts
• Influence and mentor junior team members

Key skills:

• Expertise in shopper/category insights and analytics
• Previous experience panel, survey data or POS data essential
• Customer Loyalty data is also highly regarded
• A natural communicator, great at establishing rapport
• Ideally, prior agency experience managing multiple accounts
• A curious, creative, and problem-solving mindset
