Senior Account Director - Visionary Consumer Insights Strategy

We’re looking for a bold thinker who can oversee heaps of stretchy, creative ad hoc research projects in addition to the delivery of several strategic brand trackers. Taking juniors under your wing and working closely with the SLT to see ideas soar!
Senior Account Director – Quant.
We need a confident client lead, who can manage the juniors sitting operationally over the brand equity trackers and be the senior face and voice to clients. You’ll use your experience to elevate thinking and ensure the highest quality deliverables of data and strategy.
A lot of your time will be spent on quant ad hoc projects. Tickling your brain with the variety of brand development, opportunity identification, customer segmentation, positioning, and pricing strategy.

Core responsibilities:
  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients – Tourism, Retail, Finance and FMCG.
  • Oversee a few key brand-equity trackers.
  • Design ad hoc quantitative research projects for commercial clients
  • Inspire and lead 1-3 direct reports
  • Weave compelling narratives from quant data
  • Present data and strategy to inspire clients to action
  • Work closely with Directors to spot new biz opportunities
  • Support internal cultural initiatives.

  Candidate Requirements:
  • A career in consumer insights and strategy
  • Full-service quantitative research background
  • Lots of customised experience across industries and project types
  • Previous market research agencyexperience is essential
  • A hands-on research practitioner who loves the craft.
  • Strong track record of excellent client delivery
  • Experience in people management
