What you’ll be doing:
- Leading a mix of complex, fully customised ad hoc quantitative projects
- Partnering with FMCG and Services clients to tackle thorny business problems through smart research design
- Translating sophisticated data sets into clear, actionable strategies
- Facilitating workshops, delivering impactful presentations, and engaging senior stakeholders
- Leading mid-level consultants and playing a key role in project delivery
- Applying deep strategic thinking to propel client performance
- 8+ years’ experience in strategic quantitative research
- A strong agency-side foundation, ideally with FMCG and/or Services exposure
- Hands-on experience designing and delivering intricate ad hoc research
- Strong analytical skills (Q a bonus) and sharp commercial acumen
- Confident presentation, facilitation and advisory skills
- Strategic curiosity and the ability to bring both structure and imagination to client challenges
