Research Strategist - Brand & Customer Consultancy

As the consultancy continues on its successful growth trajectory, they are excited for a Quantitative Researcher/ Strategist to join them. 
  
You’ll join a small but mightily team of experienced strategists and researchers, with the opportunity to work alongside founders, who will accelerate your skills and growth.   • Partnering closely with the director of insights, you’ll take overarching responsibility for
  • Managing relationships with commercial and social clients from start-ups, scale-ups and everything in-between
  • Proposal writing and co-pitching
  • Designing quantitative and qualitative methodologies to solve complex client and customer problems from brand architecture, campaign strategy and cultural insights to loyalty and marketing delivery
  • Project management across the entire strategy process, collaborating with suppliers and the internal strategy, experience, planning and creative teams.
  • Leading fieldwork with a key emphasis on quant survey design whilst furthering your capabilities in IDIs, online communities, focus groups and ethnography
  • Translating data into illuminating stories, critical and implementable insights that lead to clear solutions and recommendations and drive change - using SPSS, Q or excel. 
  • Deliver impactful reports, strategy workshops and client presentations
  • Continue to bring new ways of thinking, methodological tools, innovation and ways to add value to clients.

You must have prior agency experience within research and are hands-on with running quant or qual projects from inception through to final delivery.
